The registration fees include the following:

• Access to all sessions
• Congress material, including abstracts

• Coffee/tea at breaks
• Congress Banquet at Eriksbergshallen

All fees are in SEK, the official currency, 1 SEK is equivalent to 0,11 EURO or 0,16 USD (December 2007).

Regulations for Value Added Tax (VAT)

Swedish tax legislation requires participants to pay their registration fee either including or excluding Swedish VAT (Value added tax).

• Delegates from a company/organisation within the European Union must state their VAT registration Number to be able to pay the Congress fee excluding VAT. If no VAT registration number is given the fee will include VAT.
• Delegates from a company/organisation outside the European Union pay the Congress fee excluding VAT.
• Swedish delegates must always pay the Congress fee including VAT.
• Hotels, social events and fee for accompanying person always include VAT.

Written confirmation acknowledging receipt of registration and payment will be sent to applicants. No registration will be confirmed until registration fees have been received.

Cancellation of Registration

Cancellation of registration is subject to an administration fee of 350 SEK if the cancellation is made before March 30 2008. After March 30, 2008, no refund can be made. Please communicate any cancellations to the Registration Office. Your registration can also be transferred to a colleague within your own organisation, please also communicate this in writing to the Registration Office.
