Micro System Workshop
MSW is a meeting place for all those interested in Microsystems
technology in Scandinavia. The conference has been held six
times since it started in Uppsala, 1994. One of the workshop’s key features is the informal atmosphere where room is provided
for discussion and networking. MSW 2008 is organized in Gothenburg by Imego and
minST in
cooperation with MC2, Chalmers.
The workshop will focus on the applications and possibilities of microtechnology.
The field will be divided into four areas:
- MEMS
- Bio-MEMS
- Innovation
- Nanotechnology
MSW is intended not only for those working actively in the area, but equally well for those in both industry and academy that have a general interest in MEMS/MST.
We are expecting more than half the participants to come from the industry.
